Having read the second book in this series via NetGalley ARC, I couldn't wait to go back and read the story of Sylvie and Dominic. Lucy Parker did not disappoint and I loved this one just as much as Codename Charming.
Featuring "slow-burn" and "enemies to lovers" all against the backdrop of a baking show and a royal wedding, this book would be plenty just with those elements. Parker however weaves in so much more. Royal mysteries, long lost loves and grand gestures swirl artfully around while Sylvie and Dom find out that opposites really do attract...like, a lot. This is everything fans of the genre want when they pick up a contemporary romance.
