When I say this book was a ridiculous disaster, I am trying to be kind. I was fooled again by goddamn BookTok squealing about this being a spicy novella that would blow your mind. It was...not that. For me, and this has many mixed reviews (so take this for what it is) this quick read could have been a grumpy/sunshine insta-lust/love trope-fest, but was instead really creepy due to poor character development. The FMC is way too much of an immature child for this to read as not gross and the MMC is not grumpy as much as he is a oddball who quickly changes his entire lifestyle for some "magical" sex. The smut was mostly just confusing so I dont think it lived up to its promising dedication.
