The finale (?) to the Tempting Monsters series is exactly what you expect from Kathryn Moon and this collection of books and novellas. Damaged woman is healed by lots of sex with a varied collection of angsty monsters who spend much of the plot trying to out-alpha each other. This book does tackle the task of wrapping up the plot through line of Birsha. The plot kind of works, major issues being hand-waved away by adding in some Arthurian myth. Honestly though, readers may not be here for the plot anyway. If you want well developed characters with unique arcs and a plot devoid of holes, this is not the read for you. If, however, you want to frolic in Moon's world of monsters in a book that is heavy on the spice, light on the drama, this book/series will be right up your alley.
