It may officially be time to pull the plug on reading books recommended by BookTok. As much as I hate to say this, because there is a book for every reader and a reader for every book, this was not a good book. Without even getting into the quality of the writing, typos and all, what kept me reading was watching it all unfold with nightmarish predictability and a desperate hope that a turn was coming. No such luck. In short, this really only serves as a cautionary tale for how purity culture makes you marry the first guy you want to shag then you are stuck with him and his nonsense because…Jesus? (The Dollop episode on Purity Balls feels very relevant here.) My dislike seems to be a minority opinion however, so peruse the other reviews for what might appeal and if you chose to read, and I mean this genuinely: enjoy! It just wasn't for me.

Nice honest review here. I'm not a fan of the purity culture, so this might not be for me either.
