This book was solidly OK.  The good news is that the plot is exactly as

described: lots of “lust at first sight” and sexy shenanigans, not too much

else to worry about. The “spice factor” was middling, I expected more given

the rave reviews, but that is, after all, pretty subjective.  The not so good

news is that the lack of character development makes this book basically a

series of connected sex scenes with a HEA that requires significantly out of

character behavoir from members of the supporting cast.  I wouldn't put it at the top of your TBR

list, but if forbidden love, age-gap romance are your jam, this series is fun in its own ways.
