Look, if you liked Legends & Lattes then you are going to be thrilled to jump back into Baldtree's world and see some of Viv's backstory. While there is some action and adventure, the reading experience feels immersive yet low-stakes. You get to see the lives of well developed characters in a beautifully constructed world. I would have loved this book to be 1000 pages longer, just tell me about every details forever...please and thank you.
